the 4th Hijab Festival Bandung city

The majority population of Indonesia is Muslim, ofcourse the culture of the people is very strong with the Islam. One of the culture is how to dress as an Islam guidance. he realization that Muslim women should cover his private parts and it present Muslim fashion trends is growing  and popular. Clothing of Muslimah (Muslim woman) is often called as HIJAB.

With the largest Muslim population in the world , Indonesia has a potential market of fashion hijab enormous. This opportunity was read well by the creative industries in the fashion field. It proved that many designers who design Muslim fashion, Indonesia has a powerful hijab designers in the world. It is also supported by the proliferation of hijaber community in Indonesia.

Throwback some times ago, one of Indonesia's popular fashion centers, Bandung in West Java,Indonesia was held the 4th Indonesia Hijab festival 2014. Yes, it was the fourth time! From May 29th till June 1st 2014. the Event located in SABUGA Bandung, Indonesia. This is a place where you can meet the upcoming to be hijabers to the syar’i hijabers. They all came with the spirit of respecting and sharing. The main idea of this event is one: be proud of your hijab and be syar’ee.

With the ticket price IDR30000 for public and IDR5000 for student, and FREE ticket for anyone who brought her new/old mukena to be donated, the 4th Hijab Fest in Bandung gave everything you need to become a better moslemah, inside and outside. How could it not be? The ustad parade, hijab tutorial, the gathering on #OneDayOneJuz community, great discount for branded hijab, family run, adzan competition for kids, hijab model competition, and Tulus’ mini concert--presented by the icon of halal cosmetics, Wardah. 

There were a lot of benefits that we can get from joining this event and of course we will also be served with wonderful performances from Indonesian artists, designers and other muslimahs around Indonesia. Let’s see what are they:

1. Mukena Charity

By donating mukena through this charity we will help other muslimahs. This charity is held by Indonesia Hijabfest in cooperation with Yayasan Mesjid Nusantara.So, this event is not only about having fun but also caring for others.

2. Fun Run

This event is special for you who like sport in a very fun way, that's why the name is "Fun Run". This is one of the event in Indonesia Hijabfest 2014 which will be held on June, 1st. And there will be a very beautiful singer: Dewi Sandra

 

 

3. Tulus Mini Konser

If you like  romantic songs with Jazz genre, Tulus will be very familiar singer for you. Yup, he's a very talented singer and songwriter.  Almost all of his song comes from a very simple idea and voila...he made it into very meaningful lyrics.

International Halal Food Event Malaysia 2014

Last Week I went to Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia. Since 2004 My Office is an Representative official of Indonesia For "MIHAS".event. We brought Indonesia Exhibitors to join the event, Just like an event organizer i guess, but we only help organized the Indonesian Exhibitors there, from organized them in the event and travel ( Hotel and all The Trip packet). And what MIHAS by the way? Malaysia International Halal Showcase or MIHAS, is an international trade fair focusing on halal , MIHAS attracts a following of loyal visitors and exhibitors and it's held every years since 2004. This Event is usually held on May. MIHAS features a diverse range of Halal Products and services, from food to non-food, personal care, pharmaceuticals and services in finance, logistics and packaging among others. There are 41 companies from Indonesia who joined MIHAS 2014 and the 39 exhibitors were from Food Companies and the other 2 companies from Cosmetics Companies.

MIHAS held in Kuala Lumpur Convetion Centre ( KLCC ) - Malaysia. Besides Indonesia, There are a lot of countries that joined MIHAS, like England, Brussels, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, Japan, and many more. I'll tell you a secret, when you visit MIHAS someday, you have to come with empty tummy!  Seriously! Because there are more than 500 booths in MIHAS and mostly are Foods booth. Many of them not sold their product because they were looking for buyers not retailers. But don't worry, they provided sample of their product for tester. So, can you imagined? Food testers of 500 different kind of foods? I bet u were already full when you hear it, xixixi

The Event started from 10.00 AM - 07.00 PM. And it was kind so hectic and stressfull hours. Even when the event not started yet. Because we had to woke up earlier and did morning-call the exhibitors and make sure they were not late to came to the venue, and help their set the products up in their booths and make sure they're doing OK during the event and finally when the times was up we helped the exhibitors to tidy up their booth, and i did the same for 5 days during the event, so so tired anyway. Even i had a panda eyes because i was too tired and not even get enough sleeps :( But I glad that i was the part of the team, meet a lot of different people from different countries and also people from different city in Indonesia who joined the MIHAS, I also met Indonesia people who lives in Malaysia. I always feel enthusiastic when meet new people.

I was so busy there and almost had not time to relax, and enjoyed time in KL, even i enjoyed the event with its foods but i wish can enjoy the moment in Kuala Lumpur outside the venue, But i taken a few photos outside the venue when i got back to the hotel.
